"בשבילה"

The project "בשבילה" was established by Lia Ben-Shach, an 18-year-old girl from Moshav Kidron - in memory of her grandmother Judith who died of ALS in 2019.

בשבילה is a project that organizes hiking trips in the wild for people with disabilities with the help of specialist 'hiking chairs' on routes that are otherwise inaccessible to them.

The project provides a solution for anyone who needs these chairs to hike and for anyone interested in volunteering and taking part in these trips.

The goals of the project

Primary goal: Allow people with disabilities to travel on inaccessible routes to experience nature and build a sense of ability.

Secondary goal: Promotion of the social constructs of an egalitarian society, reciprocity between citizens and more.
